Not seeing scroll bars within websites? If you are not getting scroll bars within websites, and you are being forced to begin scrolling by using finger motions on your track pad, there is a simple solution to the problem.   Go to the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen. Click "System preferences" In the new window navigate to the "General" button in the top left corner Here you will see the "Show scroll bars" options. Click "Always." Do you suspect there to be a Blackboard outage? First, before reporting a suspected Blackboard outage, make sure it isn't just your computer. Check your internet connection.  See if you are on your desired network and properly connected to the internet.  If you are not on the internet properly, select your desired network and wait for it to connect. If you are having further issues, try turning your wireless card off and then on after waiting 15 seconds. Take note that every week the Bb servers at Shenandoah University come down on Sundays between 4:00am-6:00am for maintenance. During this time, you will not be able to access Blackboard at all.
