Note on Self-Service App
Posted on 07:47 by Unknown
There were several inquiries yesterday from students at the MOB2 concerning downloading Lion through the Self-Sevice app. I spoke with our Mac guru here at IC and he stated that Lion will not be available on self-service until after finals.
If you haven't already had it installed, please contact the help-desk to get this invaluable app installed on your Shenandoah issued Mac laptop. With Self-Service you have the ability to install yourself with just a click many popular and useful programs including MS Office 2011, iLife'11, VirtualBox (allowing you to have Windows on your Mac!) , IBM SPSS plus many others. Again contact the help-desk to request the app put on. If there are several of you who wouldn't mind gathering together during a lunch period, you can contact me at bbsupport@su.edu and I will try to accommodate.
