Today four Blackboard representatives representing different departments within Blackboard and two IC staff members spent the day providing Blackboard support to all NVC Blackboard users! The results were phenomenal; we had tremendous amounts of participation, and a lot of quality support was provided.
In addition to general Blackboard support Q&A and Usability Labs being provided, a few of the Blackboard representatives were actually user interface designers who were specifically speaking one-on-one with our faculty members and taking notes about ways that they can improve specific features within Blackboard.
